IAO Music Festival Pass 2020: Edinburgh

The IAO music festival 2020 will be held in the historic and beautiful city of Edinburgh where the festival was last held in 1994. Edinburgh has an abundant supply of fine organs in many styles within walking distance of each other, making it the ideal venue.

Among the instruments to be heard are those of Greyfriars Kirk, Canongate Kirk, and St. Cuthbert’s where both the semi-finals and finals of the RCO competition will be held. Naji Hakim will give a recital on the renowned Rieger organ in St. Giles Cathedral.

Other events will include concerts by Sirocco Winds, the Kellie Consort and visits to Paisley Abbey and Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Art Gallery with its unaltered Lewis organ of 1901.

The Festival pass includes entry to all concerts and events including coach travel, it does not include the festival dinner which must be booked separately.
