Handel’s Youthful Exuberance

Handel’s Youthful Exuberance

An evening of sparkling arias and instrumental works

Please note - owing to illness, Anna Devin will no longer be able to perform this concert.

Instead, the fantastic soprano Miriam Allan will be joining Oxford’s own baroque orchestra, Instruments of Time & Truth to explore two of Handel's early vocal works: Salve Regina and Silete venti, alongside instrumental pieces by Handel and Corelli.

Miriam is one of the world's most versatile early music soloists, wowing audiences from Sydney to Paris in opera roles by Rameau, Vivaldi, Monteverdi, and, of course, Handel.
