The National Youth Choirs of Great Britain Fellowship is a development programme for emerging young professional choral leaders. This group is the 2019-20 cohort.
The Fellowship’s programme is a celebration of British composers ‘old and new’. The first half spans the sixteenth to nineteenth century. The second half focuses on contemporary works, including Judith Weir’s lovely setting of three George Herbert poems, as well as pieces written for them by individuals from the NYCGB Young Composers programme.
