The acclaimed pianist and composer JACK GIBBONS has been performing his highly popular annual Oxford Summer Piano Series without a break since 1988. Chopin’s pupil Mikuli wrote of Chopin “above all he prized Bach, and between BACH and MOZART it is hard to say whom he loved more”. Tonight’s programme brings together these two incomparable composers in an evening of some of their greatest and well-known works.
