The acclaimed pianist and composer Jack Gibbons has been performing his highly popular annual Oxford Summer Piano Series without a break since 1988. Tonight’s programme explores the extraordinary life and incomparable music of the Johann Sebastian BACH with a collection of some of the composer’s most beautiful and inspiring keyboard works including the lively Goldberg Variations, which Jack Gibbons included in his acclaimed 1984 Queen Elizabeth Hall London debut.
