Carols by Candlelight


A traditional service of carols and readings for the season of Christmas sung by the world famous Choir of Magdalen College, Oxford, in the college's ancient and beautiful candlelit chapel. The services on the 9th & 10th December are identical, featuring carols old and new, and are open to members of the college and members of the public. Please note, the events are not suitable for small children and are expected to a last for just over an hour. 

The congregation must be seated by 5.45pm. Seating is unreserved in the Antechapel with some restricted view. No sound or video recording is allowed and no photographs may be taken in the Chapel and Antechapel. Random bag searches may take place. Please do not bring rucksacks or large bags of any kind.
